This is a challenging time for everyone. A time filled with lots of questions, uncertainty, and fear. Everywhere you look there are signs of change with school closures and changes to our daily schedule and normal life routines. As our lives are upended, we are in dire need of something steady and reliable. We are in need of turning to what is trustworthy within our hearts and in our community. This is a time for retreat, self- care, and helping our hearts feel at ease and connected.
To support you during this time, we have compiled some helpful resources below including:
-
Audio and video practice recordings and other resources for self-care
-
Wisdom teachings for inspiration and inquiry
This resource center will be updated continuously so be sure to check back. We hope it supports you and your loved ones. Mayuri, Argos and other members of our community, including mental health providers, are also available for private sessions over zoom for adults, children, and teens. Please contact us and let us know how we can support you.
