In this simple myofascial release (self-massage) video, Embodied Wisdom co-founder Mayuri Gonzalez will show you a simple and effective way to release tension from the bottom of your feet and even open up the entire posterior chain (back body). You can use a myofascial release ball like the yoga tune-up balls linked below, or just use a tennis ball or lacrosse ball that you might already have at home.
